Place the Centurion Dynamo Core into the Dynamo Actuator and then activate the button next to it. This will build a Dwarven Spider Renovator, head back to the lift and go back up to Nchuanthumz. There are three sections of the house to clear with the spider, each takes 24 hours once the spider is summoned using one of the levers.

The Kitchen
This home has no exterior, with the front door opening out into Frostroot Cave. Once you enter Nchuanthumz, head straight and deal with a few skeevers until you reach the lift to Nchuanthumz's Manufactory. Use the lift and then continue straight forward until you reach the corpse of Seeks-Ancient-Artifacts, examine the body to find a Dwemer Actuator and his second journal. All of the parts can be found in the Autumn's Bells section of Runoff Caverns, which is found deep inside, within the Dwarven ruins of Vardnknd. You will need to traverse the entirety of the Runoff Caverns section of the dungeon to reach the hub area at Vardnknd Gallery.
Dwarven house
Each Dwarven house is inhabited by one male and one female Dwarf, both married to the other. If you stay for some time near a house, Dwarf children may spawn as well. While male Dwarves are common enough, these houses are the only places in Middle-earth where you can encounter Dwarf women and children. If you talk to the lady of the house, you'll earn the achievement "Spot the Difference".
The fireplace, made with dwarf steel bars, serves as a light source, and is supplemented by torches on the pillars in the corners of the room and dwarven chandeliers.
